Money Spelling Fun
The students have all been improving and enjoying doing their “money spelling” jobs. Each week they are given the list of spelling words and the students check the chart for the value given to each letter. They then use these values to do an addition equation for money value. For example : end, e=$1.00, n=$1.00 and d= $0.05. Therefore their addition problem would look like this..$1.00+$1.00+$o.o5= $2.05
