Counting and Movement in the Classroom!!

Over the weekend, for Pro-D day, some of the teacher’s attended teacher super conference in Vancouver. One of the classes I attended was about differentiated instruction strategies. Today, I introduced a new method of learning to the students. We used movement to learn to count by 2’s, 3’s and 5’s. They all said that they really enjoyed this new way of learning math!
