Michael has been involved with BCA for over 10 years and has held various positions on both the PAC and Board over this period of time. Michael has various work backgrounds in business administration and audio/visual communications. He continues at BCA for the 2020/21 school year with a passion to achieve a new level of school spirit and help connect both staff and parents to attain BCA's future goals.
Norm has been on the BCA Board since 2006. Previously, he has been a Board of Directors as a Lafarge representative for 3 partially owned companies of Lafarge. After retiring from Lafarge as the Vice President of Product Development and Quality Assurance for Western Canada, Norm came to teach Science, Mathematics, and Physics at BCA. Norm has a B.S. in Science and Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered Professional Engineer
Marco van Enter is a project manger who has worked in Logistics and the Energy sector. He has served on the board at BCA in prior years and believes that we can enrich the BCA students lives by giving them a good education in the right environment. His recent responsibilities has given him extensive experience managing emergency response teams during storms and fires. Being part of multiple leadership teams during his high school years has given him a great desire to understand what the students are going through and assist in any way possible.
Raymond relocated to Canada from the UK in early 2017 and subsequently joined the BCA board in 2018. Raymond has an extensive background in Health & Social care. Over the past 10 years he has held several management and leadership positions mainly within specialised healthcare service providers in UK. Raymond has gained practical experience developing and fostering robust strategies to enhance person centered care models for children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. We welcome his personal character and expertise to the BCA Board.
