Today we celebrated Janek’s Birthday! Sister Jola brought in Pretzel fishing rods and Gwyneth brought in some Timbits and a PINATA!! The kids had a blast hitting it and loved the chocolate eggs that came out! Congrats Janek on another year! Hope you had a great day!

The Grade 2/3 class has been working VERY hard on writing and drawing their own stories! The Grade 4/5’s came in and helped the students look over there work. Great learning experience for all grades. The kids have been working hard and the pre-books are looking awesome!

For PE, the Grade 3-5 PE class took on the Adopt a Street Clean Up! Lots of fun and garbage later, we played some soccer at the field! Contributing to the community!

Today the kids got to do pointillism art again. This time they did butterflies and made creative designs on their butterflies. We also discussed/reviewed what we learned earlier in the year about the life cycle of butterflies.

Today the Grades 2-5 went to the Don Christian park for lunch and lunch recess. Was fun to enjoy the sun and play on a different playground. The Grade 2’s left with Miss Leonard, while the Grade 3-5 PE class enjoyed some baseball in the sun. Was an awesome day! The PE class played great! …
