Welcome to Grade 5/6!

Welcome back to a new school year!!

I am so excited to be back at BCA and facing such an exciting and fresh year—all new students and new grades with new and interesting curriculum to uncover. It looks like it will be a great year. BCA is such a special place, and I feel, as I am sure you do, the privilege and blessing it is to have a school like ours to work in and attend. I look forward to partnering with you this year to give our children the best well-rounded education and Godly environment in which they can flourish.

We are starting the year with students in our class—3 boys and 6 girls. Our homeroom is made up of 7 grade 4 students and 2 grade 5 students. This year they will be going to Miss Weber for Heath and Careers, and Mrs. Dekhurdi will be teaching French. Mr. Andes will be teaching our PE, where we will be joined by the grade 3 students.  I will be teaching all the core subjects as well as Music and Art.

It was wonderful to see all those bright and shining, enthusiastic faces this morning. And I cannot wait to see what happens this year!
